Method 2 Analysis
Long story short if you either couldn't read my labels or just want a quick conclusion: Method 2 I overrated and Method 1 I discovered more potential in. Edit: The bottom line is that the simple and easy method has equal and if not more potential than this complicated method and I see no reason to make it unnecessarily complicated.
Comparision
After much consideration I decided to stick with method one. There were several reasons for doing this, including:
- Method 2 didn't have as much potential as I initially thought (explained in another blog post)
- I think the idea of Method 1 looks more professional and compact, which I personally like.
- If needed I can always make a 'method 2' presentation from it, giving it all of method 2's Pros
- I'm confident that I can overcome the unregulated weakness of method 1.

Method 2
*Note* I only did a tiny part of it to save time, when completed it can use countif, and itll also have an unbook button.Pros: Visual could be more preferable, visual, can still get a number, atm better than method one in every way. MOST IMPORTANT: Easily regulated, as you cant go over 20 or go negative.
Cons: Takes up a lot of space.
Up to two now..

Well, I finally solved the problem of adding one. It was through the special paste function, which when recorded with a macro solved my problem. However it worked for only one cell, as seen in the picture to the left:. A solution I had in mind was to use a separate sheet so i can copy and paste to the same cell without moving my cursor.

To Add One...
Today, I engaged in one of the hardest quests in the history of mankind and excel: to create a marco that adds one without creating a replica of Pandora's Box or create a virus looping endlessly destroying the whole world.
Consulting a guide to add
(http://spreadsheets.about.com/od/tipsandfaqs/qt/new_add_excel.htm) proved to be of pitiful use, resulting in :
Well, using the special paste function I solved the problem of adding one. My next problem is to create an universal formula that applies to all cells in my table, not just one since I do not want to be creating the exact same formula for the 18 cells.
